Moises Paz

President & CEO

Moises Paz and associates have changed the face of quality home care services through the Nashville-based in home care business, Cura for Care. He now brings his standard of excellence to PPS – Premier Personal Services. Moises’s background includes operating large preschools and summer day camps with 900 campers, facilitating family and community programs, and developing a new, exclusive brand of in-home care. He mentored non-profit boards, coached senior executives, and helped establish Abe’s Garden Alzheimer’s and Memory Care Center of Excellence. Moises takes pride in personally recruiting and training staff with individual clients in mind to ensure that every client receives only the best service.

Kaye Grable

Director
As a former Executive Personal Assistant, Kaye has an extensive working knowledge and understanding of the skillset, integrity and professionalism needed to assist the diverse clientele the company works closely with.  Kaye was a new product developer and buyer with Cracker Barrel Old Country Store for over 14 years.  Her responsibilities included business development, product management, new product launches and branding.

Valerie Smith

Services Coordinator/Supervisor
Valerie Smith has decades of experience that extend far beyond her bachelor’s degree, both as a child care advocate, and in supervisory roles with customer service for Nissan Corporate. She’s been active with Nashville’s Big Brother, Big Sister and with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) of Williamson County. Valerie has a heart for children and finds joy in enriching their lives.
