A concierge service is a specialty service designed to provide busy people assistance managing their daily personal and professional tasks, or “to do” lists. We operate as our client’s own personal concierge often found only in a luxury hotel or 5-star resort. We offer a myriad of day-to-day and luxury services depending on our clients’ needs. We attempt to make the impossible happen!

What is a Personal Concierge?

A Lifestyle Manager or Personal Assistant who is committed to providing the utmost in service with extensive experience in multiple areas to fulfill tasks at hand. Characteristics include being highly detail oriented, tremendous organizational skills for planning and use of creative ideas to get things done in a timely and professional manner.

As a “can do” concierge, we will work with great tenacity to get your request completed in a timely manner. I have a Personal Assistant (PA) – why do I need you? We are not here to challenge or remove the role of your PA; our mission is to support and enhance the role of your PA so their talents are dedicated to your daily business needs. We are an extension of your PA, to provide additional support while working, residing or vacationing in Middle Tennessee. We have the local resources and knowledge of the area that will make working, living and playing in Middle Tennessee more memorable and enjoyable.

Are you insured and bonded?

Penterman Concierge Care professionals are insured and bonded.  All our employees are also background checked, drug screened, trained and supervised.

What methods of payments are accepted?

We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, personal or company checks. We are also happy to arrange direct debit payment.

How much do you charge for your services?

Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?

No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges in addition to the rate outlined under “Rates.”

How will I know what the additional service charges are? 

Penterman Concierge Care will provide receipts for all hourly charges and all additional service charges within ten business days after completion of service.

What Are Your Service Hours?

Penterman Concierge Care is available to you 24/7. However, our business office hours are 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.

What Services Don’t You Offer?

We are unable to fulfill requests that are not legal or that may be harmful to our clients, vendor affiliates, or others.
